These are the streets that I grew up on. Alexandra Palace was the location of 16F Air Training Corps, and many adventures. Just to the left of the Church you can see the Scout hut, still standing in 1997 when I took these shots. Along the bottom row of frames, the shops at the top of my road, many an errand running up there. My house; I remember that all the pointing was picked out in white at one time, but its still that (awful) colour. All that's missing is my scooter parked in the front garden ( on the right). You can just see the roof of my new black Mercedes parked across the road. I never dreamed when I lived there that one day I would return and park a Mercedes outside.
